Three ways to send accreditations
When organizing an event, it is essential to maintain control over attendees. Depending on the type of event, there are three ways to manage accreditations:
Online registration platform for an open event
When it is an open event and any user can get their ticket, the simplest thing is to have them register their data in a web form. Press groups can be managed through an online registration, too.
Mass communication to the guest list
When you have all the data of the guests and you only have to carry out a mass communication . We prepare everything through a list of attendees and we send the invitations.
Manual attendee management for event workers and other profiles
When it comes to a worker or any other group that the organization of the event must validate, it is easier to enter the data directly in the accredited management panel. In this classification we can include parking passes, for example.
How are accreditations managed?
In all cases, an email is sent to the user outlining the access process they must follow. Sometimes the accreditation is attached directly to the email, or the message simply indicates the designated location at the venue to complete the process.

Send by e-mail all the necessary documentation to access your venue (Print@Home format of accreditations, invitations, etc.) and track the shipments, knowing which emails have been correctly delivered, have been opened or have not been able to be delivered.
Attendance data in real time
The Exyt-Acreditados platform is integrated with the ticket validation service, allowing you to obtain attendance reports and conduct real-time access audits. You can even check whether attendees have accessed the venue, including date and time details.
This also enables post-event email communications to remind, thank, or encourage attendees to take further action.
All information is stored in the cloud, allowing access at any time from any device.

What are the different ways to send event accreditations?
Depending on the type of event, we will have three ways to accredit them and send the accreditations in PDF and via email: online platform for an open event, mass communication to the guest list or manual management of attendees for event workers and other profiles.
How are access rights and permissions managed within the event?
Through our Exyt-Acreditados platform, different privileges and movement permissions can be assigned based on the user’s role. Department managers can also be authorized to review, approve, deny, or block access for individuals registered on the platform.
Exyt-Acreditados is integrated with Exyt-Events to provide professional accreditation validation.
How is accreditation and email communication tracking handled?
When attendees are accredited, an email is sent either with the accreditation attached or indicating the designated venue point to complete the process.
To minimize incidents during access control, delivery tracking is available to verify whether emails were successfully delivered, opened, or encountered deliverability issues.
Do you offer integration with ticket validation services?
Exyt-Acreditados is integrated with the Exyt-Events validation service. Third-party integrations via API are also available.

Exyt-Acreditados is integrated with the ticket validation service, allowing you to generate attendance reports and conduct real-time access audits. You can even verify whether an attendee has entered the venue, along with date and time details.
Do you offer equipment rental for events?
We provide professional equipment for rental — the same equipment we use to deliver services at events. Among the multiple available options, you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
All equipment can be rented together with our access control software. Available devices include PDAs, barcode scanners, label printers, wristband printers, and PCs.
